If you read my goals for 2020, you know one of them was to work out more, eat healthier, and get off this extra weight that I haven’t been able to get rid of since having Camille last July. Well, then our world turned upside down with the threat of the coronavirus. The gym I joined had to close. My kids were all out of school for the foreseeable future. I had very little time to myself to work out or plan and cook healthy meals. Instead of losing weight, I was gaining weight being stuck in the house. I think a lot of you can relate! I was so excited to get this book and find out about these rules I could break and still burn fat!
In the first chapter, Marion identifies and debunks four dieting myths. Not only does Marion tell you these are not true, but he backs his claims with science. Right up front, he wants you to know that this isn’t just some fluff that he has thrown together, but real, proven facts that have been tested.
Marion begins the first chapter, “Before we get into the specifics of the diet, it’s critical that you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, starting with the science that supports late-night eating for faster weight loss and explains why it is a much more effective solution for fat burning compared to other programs.” Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.
